Foodbuzz Blogger Fest Day 1

I decided I should probably take a more active role in blogging given that I am at a blogger festival and rarely post. I stink. So here we go. While Amanda is getting ready for tonight's festivities, I get to recap the day so far.

We left from LAX this morning and made our way to San Francisco. Of course, we were both hungry once we got to the airport so we ducked in the little news stand/market at LAX. What do we find to snack upon?



Beef and berry bar? There were a ton of these. Who eats these? From what I can gather its like beef jerky with dried canberries? Sounds awful. We went with some peanut butter crackers to share.

We got a great deal on Virgin America and we have heard some amazing things about it. So we went. OMG!!!! Best airline ever? Beats the heck out of the awful service and negative leg room we got on our flight to Rome. Virgin is amazing. Really comfy seats(I was in the middle seat and still had plenty of room). As you can see, we are thrilled.



Well, at least Amanda is.

Virgin is still amazing. Free wifi. And also monitors in every seat. There are movies on demand, music, games, chat(you can chat with other seats? see the hot girl in seat 4B...chat away!...seems dangerous, but fun!), and TV!



So amazing.

They also have good snacks and goodies for purchase.



I love pop chips. We didn't partake, but good to know for the future!

Ok...now to San Francisco. Our hotel, the beautiful Galleria Park Hotel.



We were starving, and next to our hotel is a little cafe called Bread and Cocoa.



Amazing! Amanda got a chicken sandwich that had basil, pesto, cheese, and deliciousness.



We shared the best chips ever. Kettle Chips Honey Dijon.



I had a roast beef sandwich with horseradish cheedar. It was really tasty. And an Honest Ade. Tasty!
