Flashback Friday!

In honor of Janetha who is currently having the time of her life in Jamaica right now (so jealous!) I am doing a flashback friday post!



I was born October 2nd, 1983 just 2 weeks shy of my parent's first wedding anniversary. My parents were fairly young. Mom had just turned 21 and Dad was 25?



I'm oldest of five children and I was my parent's smallest baby at 7lbs, 11 oz.



We shared our awkward hairstyles and matching sailor suits in 1984. I can't get enough of this picture. My mom's perm...my dad's stache...my outfit! LOL LOL!



My hair is thick and unruly. It's not exactly curly and it's not exactly straight. It's a jungle. My mom decided chopping it off was the best choice.



I'm really not sure I agree.



My high school prom dress. I didn't wear a tiara to prom, this is just me practicing my stair pose beforehand. I went to prom with my best friend Myke instead of my boyfriend at the time. It was the best decision I could have made. I actually enjoyed my prom!



Oh high school graduation pictures. This was before I started wearing glasses and stopped coloring my hair. And before I met a flatiron. Awkward.
