Welcome to Two Boos Who Eat! Two Boos Who Eat is co-written by Amanda and Andy.

Hi! My name is Amanda and I'm 26 years old and married to the love of my life, Andrew. (I usually call him Andy.) We started this food blog to chronicle our love for food.

Recently I've decided to take a healthier approach to my cooking as I try to lose some weight. I want to lose 30 lbs before I turn 27 in October of 2010.



I recently started running with the Couch to 5k program and I absolutely love it. I'm burning tons of calories while making my body stronger and building endurance. Eventally I'd like to be able to complete a half-marathon. Unfortunately, I've had a lot of knee pain while training for my first 5k and haven't been able to go as fast as I'd like, but I refuse to let it get me down!

I'm Andy.  I make funny faces.  Additionally, I teach high school U.S. History and love Ben Franklin.  I adore the San Diego Padres, San Diego Chargers, and San Diego State Aztecs.  I want to see the world and ideally, doing so while eating.  I drink way too much coffee but I hear doctors say that is ok now.  I will try anything food related once, which I suppose is the reason this blog exists.
We recently got married on July 5th, 2009 in a beautiful private garden with most of our friends and family alongside us.



We cried tons.



And loved every minute of it. I couldn't have asked for a better way to start our lives together.
