Make it snappy

I've got to make this post snappy because I'm about to rush out the door to go to work!

The soreness in my upper thighs went away almost immediately after I blogged about it yesterday. I felt great!

001

Pom Wonderful sent me a sample of their Pom-Nectarine juice and I made a SIAB out of it. Smoothie. In. A. Bowl. because my blender doesn't like to work.

In the mix

002

Ciao Bella Blood Orange Sorbet
1/4 cup frozen mango
1/4 cup frozen strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.
1/2 cup pom-wonderful nectartine.

Dear god it was good!

I ran a mile this morning. I walked a mile afterwards to relieve some soreness and it really helped. Team in training starts on Saturday! I'm so excited.

Well I have to rush to work but I want to write more and I need to catch up on blogs. Talk at you soon :)

yum! i call these things "smoothie soups." sounds a little less appetizing than smoothie in a bowl.
