Maranatha Nut Butter Giveaway!

040

Yes, you read that right. I'm giving away 3 coupons for some FREE Maranatha! They sent me 3 jars of their nut butters to try and it's awesome!

041

The dark chocolate almond has only 9 grams of sugar for 2 TBSP which impressed me. It reminds me of dessert so I expected a lot more.

Visit Maranatha's site for nutritional info. I can not wait to pair the dark chocolate almond butter with some honeycrisp apples.

042

The sunflower seed butter is completely new to me and Andy. Neither of us had ever tried it before. I'm a purist so I'll be trying this on toast first.

043

I love the no-stir peanut. It's super easy to spread since it's so smooth and it's got great drizzle capabilites for your oatmeal bowls. It's too hot for oatmeal here so I tried it on toast (again & again)

045

And yes, no stir. They weren't lying.

046

I was excited about the omega 3's because I know I don't get any in my diet.

047

It's seriously GREAT on my favorite whole wheat bread. I'm addicted. It's been part of my breakfast every morning since they sent it.

I have 3 coupons for FREE Maranatha to giveaway!

All you have to do is comment and tell me how you like to eat your nut butter and which variety is your favorite. Or go to the Maranatha website and tell me which flavor you're going to buy with your coupon.

Since I have 3 coupons, I'm going to choose 3 winners using the random integer generator.

You have until next Friday September 10th to win. Good luck, I'm off to go eat more peanut butter now. This could be a problem in my house. My trick to not over-doing it on nut butters? Measure it out in a TBSP first and then immediately put the jar away. It works for me. I only eat one tbsp at a time usually.

P.S. I figured out how to import our blog into wordpress and will be making the change soon.

Hi Amanda!

I just found your blog through your Italy guest post on IGE.

My favorite way to eat nut butter is PB&J with strawberry jam and sliced strawberries.

I've never tried Maranatha, but I'd like to try that dark chocolate almond. I need to branch out from my unhealthy love of Peter Pan honey roasted. :)

I would love to try the dark chocolate almond butter. Seems decadent!

Normally, I eat the Better N Peanut butter stuff from Trader Joe's. It's delicious...almost tastes like the PB in reese's cups. Yum!

Even though I should try the one with Omega-3's I'll choose the Dark Chocolate Almond as an alternative to Nutella!

The dark chocolate almond sounds delicious! I love natural nut butters but hate the stirring so I'm also intrigued by the no stir variety.

And I'm glad you got the Wordpress stuff straightened out; hopefully it will be an easy transition from here. Good luck!

I never see Maranatha in stores here and I am dying to try it. I probably have 5 open nut butters in my pantry right now..

I like to eat nut butters on toast or swirled into my morning oats. If I am feeling lazy I just eat a scoop out of the jar. My favorites are almond butter and peanut butter. It is too hard to choose just one favorite. :) I would love to try the new Maranath Sunflower butter for a change of pace.

I love peanut butter or almond butter on top of a banana... or on a piece of Alpine Organic bread (from Costco) with bananas on top!

I recently found your blog from Amanda's post on Healthy Living Blogs. I was interested because your husband was wearing SD/Aztec gear in the pictures and I am an SDSU Alumni. Plus many of your entries are about local stuff, such as the OC Foodie Fest and the Stone event. I wish I would've know about both of these events ahead of time!
