Monday Night Football

I am not a football fan. Strangely enough, I married a huge fan of the San Diego Chargers. I try to amuse him and watch but usually I just whine about how I don't understand football. Blah!


Being the nice wife that I am, I made Andy dinner! We had mini burgers with muenster cheese and caramelized onions. With roasted asparagus on the side. These burgers came from Trader Joes and are low enough in calories and fat, that I could actually eat them. This dinner came to about 650 calories which is more than I usually have but whatever!

(Don't mind the messy "dining room" area. We have yet to hang our I heart Huckabees poster.)



The asparagus was perfectly roasted with a little olive oil spray, lemon pepper and Trader Joe's 21 seasoning salute.



I have a thing for mini foods. I love them!

I paired my burgers and asparagus with a Wyder's Raspberry Cider. Perfection.

Now I'm off to read blogs and try to con my husband into letting me watch Gossip Girl! Have a great night!
