First time at Chipotle!

Forgive me, I am way behind in blog posts. I don't know how some of you handle working full-time and blogging full-time! It's tough enough for me to blog once a day!

The other day I was talking to a co-worker about her first experience at Chipotle. My friends and husband have been raving about Chipotle for a long time and we finally got one near me! So on my lunch break, I decided to bite the bullet and try chipotle for the first time!

The burrito was HUGE

014

How do they keep it wrapped like that? I never can get burritos to stay together.

in my burrito; black beans, corn salsa, tomato salsa, guacamole, a dap of sour cream and shredded lettuce. HEAVEN! I ate the entire thing and felt stuffed for the rest of the day. Next time I'll probably add some chicken or shredded beef to the burrito and eat half. This was really intense. Or I might order a burrito bowl and toss the contents into my own tortilla. (Chipotle's tortillas have 300 calories!)

Chipotle where have you been all my life?

Chipotle is the best Mexican fast food!! We love it! I swear my hubby would eat it everyday if it was closer. The company itself is great too. They only use all natural meats & cheeses ... which means no hormones, antibiotics ....

I have yet to try Chipotle even though they are everywhere here in Boston. I didn't know that they were such a health conscious company, now that I know I will definitely give them a try. Your burrito looks really yummy and I definitely would have eaten the whole thing too :)

I have never tried Chipotle either, there are none really close to me. I'd have to travel to Northern Kentucky or Ohio to find one but I've seen them. I've heard it's like Qdoba only better ;-)

The first time I went to Chipotle I swore I heard angels sing lol...it was love at first sight lol

I barely get to go because it's way too far but thankfully it is right across from Ikea (my fave place on earth)..it's a double treat =)

OMG, I could live off of Chipotle. Thank God the closest one to me is two hours away, and I have been known to make special trips just for lunch...enjoy!

Haha...we ended up eating at Chipotle for more than 3 meals after "discovering" it in the East Coast! Now we know better...and they opened one in Pasadena now. We still like the Arlington VA one better, but yes, those burritos are mighty delicious. I once got one that was so large I had to squash it down so I could just eat a large bite. Small bites would not allow me to eat the burrito. Speaking of which...I need to post photos of my visit at Chipotle :).
