School is ALMOST over!

I had my last day of Experimental Fiction Writing today. I am actually really sad that it's over. I've learned so much about myself this semester. I prefer to read experimental fiction but I always write traditional. It's what I'm comfortable with. I find it difficult to step out of my comfort zone. So I plan on writing in a paper journal more. I hope it helps!

Last night I made a big stir-fry. I love making big meals because there are always enough leftovers for lunch. I find that I eat so much better when I have leftovers to take to work with me.

I used a box of Annie Chun's Chow Mein that I got as a sample

001

With some Panda Express Kung Pao Sauce.

002

I am happy to report that this sauce has no HFCS or MSG. It's relatively low in calories as well :)

004

I mixed it with bell peppers, edamame and beef. I think it would have been better with WAY more veggies and less beef but I digress. Protein is good, right?

008

Breakfast this morning was my favorite Clif of all. Mountain Mix. It is so tasty and amazing. And completely takes away my craving for candy bars!

009

I had a cutie on my break! And leftover stir fry for lunch.

010

And an Oikos before class. I love Oikos! The blueberry flavor is soooooo good by itself. And it kept me full until dinner. Which is happening now. Catch ya later!

That chow mein looks SO good! Do you buy Oikos from a specialty store? Or maybe we don't have it here in Canada!

How would you define experimental fiction? Something like Virginia Wolf?

That Panda Express Kung Pao Sauce would have to have no MSG. Or else they would be violating their own
"Panda Pledge"! :)

The chow mein looks delicious! Looks very flavorful.

I like the cuties these days. Plus, they have lots of funny stickers on them which I find interesting.
