Speaking of protein

002

I decided to make myself eggs this morning. Which makes me think of when I was doing bootcamp. (Ahem a fitness boot camp.)

My friend Sam and I have a running joke about eggs. She's the one who introduced me to boot camp. She is still working out with the trainer and looks fantastic. Makes me think about how I should have stuck with it!

004

I ate 2 eggs with some seasoning and a sprinkle of low fat shredded cheese. I ate half the eggs with a slice of purple grain bread. It was pretty good. I'm hoping it will keep me full!

Do you like eggs? How do you cook them? I always have omelettes or scrambled. I'm not very creative!

I'm currently in love with eggs.

Let me know how long they fill you! I want to eat some in the AM, but I'm afraid I'll get hungrier sooner.

I used to eat eggs a lot more than I do now but I still love having them every once in a while. I definitely usually do scrambled or omelets but I also have a microwaveable egg poacher, which is a nice change every now and then. I also like hard boiling them and using it in salads or by itself.

I agree with Rose, if I eat them for breakfast, I don't stay as full as if I'd eaten oatmeal or something with more fiber. Hopefully your addition of bread helps that ;-)

I love egg whites but not so much the yolk. I usually eat them scambled or an omelet with some onions, peppers, and american cheese

I love egg whites, not a huge fan of the yolk...I make omelettes or scrambles.

Yum!! I'm beginning to LOVE eggs more and more ... I have 2 eggs white and 1 egg every morning with my oatmeal (sometimes in the oatmeal, sometimes not). I also often include them in salads or wraps for lunch : )

Usually I have a over easy egg or scrambled/omelet. These eggs look delicious- and the cheese and seasoning must have bumped a lot of flavor to the dish :).

I love omelets but I can never make them right. They usually end up turning into scrambled eggs. Frittatas make an easy and healthy dinner.
