Cinco De Mayo!!!

Mmm margaritas! Andy and walked over to Don Cuco's for dinner last night.



We split a basket of chips and had 2 margaritas each! I won't lie...I felt pretty drunk after that!



I had 2 chicken enchiladas in mole sauce with rice and beans.



And Andy had Chili Verde. We loved both dishes. Mole is the BEST!
