I'm sorry but I don't see this week as a failure! You had a very balanced week with kick ass workouts and you are down 2 lbs! Failure? NO! Success? YES!

I'm with Mari. I see some good meals along with some workouts (7 workouts ROCK)!!!
I think that it's a great thing to implement the items at the bottom of your post if that is the lifestyle you adopt, but changes are hard to make all at once and you are doing great so far!
Don't be so hard on yourself girl!

NO way was this a failure!! Girl, the first 2 and half weeks I was not doing it "correctly" but ya know what, the fact that I did make positive changes is enough to count. No one ever jumps right in and is perfect. You'll get it, promise, if I can without even reading the book, you most definitely can!! My daily totals are almost perfect now b/c I took it slowly and things have finally clicked. YOU ARE DOING GREAT!!! :)

i love that there's bacon in there. i love bacon.

if you're doing pork bacon (not turkey) the center cut stuff has less fat and is just as tasty. turkey bacon doesn't cut it for me.

Dude! Two pounds! That is badass! I think you did a great job this week because it looks like you balanced eating out/treats with healthy foods and TONS of exercise. Yeah, so chocolate fondue isn't the greatest thing ever, but you were out with friends -- you can't exactly eat a carrot stick while everyone else eats chocolate. As I work on my own weight loss journey, I don't want to change my life so radically that I can't enjoy a cocktail with pals or split a dessert with my husband.

If anything, I'd say maybe you should try to rely less on processed treats as snacks -- i.e., the baked chips and the skinny cows. But I think we all should have treats every once in a while, so it really is still awesome! Keep up the good work!

You better turn that frown upside down before I kick your ___. (said lovingly of course...)

2lb loss is amazing!! Your week was in no way bad. The fact that you ate out and still managed to lose weight is a clear sign that when you really buckle down, it will start MELTING off.

Good luck! Though I doubt you'll need it. Sounds to me like you've got this in the bag. :)

You are very dedicated to be writing everything down. Maybe that's what I should do!

Nicely done. Two pounds is an achievement. I'd be lucky if I lost two pounds in one week. :0
