I think you did a great job this week because it looks like you balanced eating out/treats with healthy foods and TONS of exercise. Yeah, so chocolate fondue isn't the greatest thing ever, but you were out with friends -- you can't exactly eat a carrot stick while everyone else eats chocolate. As I work on my own weight loss journey, I don't want to change my life so radically that I can't enjoy a cocktail with pals or split a dessert with my husband. <br /><br />If anything, I'd say maybe you should try to rely less on processed treats as snacks -- i.e., the baked chips and the skinny cows. But I think we all should have treats every once in a while, so it really is still awesome! No one ever jumps right in and is perfect. You'll get it, promise, if I can without even reading the book, you most definitely can!!
