Weight Training

I weighed in this afternoon mostly for accountability. I weighed EXACTLY the same. I knew that was going to happen and quite frankly I'm pleased with the results. I didn't gain weight and that's all that matters to me! (My friend turned 24 on Saturday and we celebrated a little too much!)

I want to lose another 2 lbs next week so I need to give myself a pep talk!

I want to lose weight because I want to be healthier, live longer and shop more. (I know that's vain but let's be honest here!)

I want to spend $$$ at J. Crew. I have been circling things in the catalog. Ten more lbs and I am shopping!!!

And I really need to get my body fat down.

Due to my knee injury, I have decided to put running on hold until Thursday. I think I am going to try to do some weight training tomorrow! I hate weight training because I never know what to do and I always feel like I look stupid at the gym. I am going to do a Jillian Michaels video or something. Any weight training suggestions? I'm all ears!
