Recap Sunday Morning

Andy and I had breakfast at Roxy's Deli in Thousand Oaks. We've been to Roxy's for dinner and ah-mazing cheesecake before but this was a first breakfast. Andy got a crossiant sandwich and fruit. The sandwich had ham, egg, and tomato. I think he's nuts for getting no cheese but it definitely lightens it up a bit.

I had 2 pancakes with strawberries, maple syrup, butter and whipped cream. It was decadent. I only had about 1/4 of the whipped cream. It was way too sweet for me. These were my first pancakes in YEARS. I always want them but never order 'em.

Some coffee with cream. Boring...move on

I got lazy and didn't flip the picture but had to post anyway. A cupcakery in Thousand Oaks? Too good to be true.

Look how cute the store is. I can't wait till it opens!

Somehow Andy and I managed to shop at Trader Joe's without breaking the bank. I set a goal for $30 for the week and we only spent $27! I'm planning on a lot of easy meals at home. We'll see how it pans out. I'm sad Sunday is over, it's always so relaxing!

Stay tuned for my post about our dinner at India's Tandoori. I'm on my way to work!

I would love to have your pancake breakfast right now for dinner! That looks so good. Also, where is the cupcakery going to be?

Tom- I have not been there. Have you?

My favorite Indian place is Cafe India in Camarillo, have you tried that?

I have been to Roxy's before. They have been around awhile.

I guess the Oak Tree Deli is a BJs now? Weird I worked there for years.
