For some people though, they like to get it all over with in one long session instead of going nearly every day for smaller or harder sessions. You have to do what works for you! I'm so interested in seeing how you go with running, I have a feeling you're going to be great!!Annahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13275667072660469621noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7839716249093005933.post-92069520085104138452009-09-24T09:40:01.864-07:002009-09-24T09:40:01.864-07:00Me too! I completed several races including 5k, 10k, 10-miler and a half marathon. I also walked a half marathon just to get a different experience. But distance is not important (I definitely prefer shorter runs these days) -- what matters is that you are proud of yourself for achieving a goal :)

I am definitely inspired by Caitlin, Jenna from Eat Live Run and YOU!! :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7839716249093005933.post-22337881297526600592009-09-24T08:43:47.124-07:002009-09-24T08:43:47.124-07:00Good for you!!!
